![]() You can have your logic song playing while you preview audio files. You know which window has key focus because it has a white frame around it. Once you have navigated to your audio files you can hit the speaker button at the bottom of the browser to preview it, or hit the space bar, but make sure the Media window has key focus which it should if you was just clicking in it! If the arrange window has key focus and you hit the space bar your song will start playing not the file your trying to view. ![]() Hitting the column view button will make it look like your navigating through finder in the sense that you see folders and files, click on a folder and you go to the next column just like in finder. Then you got two view buttons, List and Column view. These are for quick access to these volumes of your computer. You got your forward and back buttons for stepping through your navigation history, then a drop-down menu (which is the current folder), then there are three bookmark buttons that are the Computer Button, Home Button and Project Button. You will see the Browser is a bit like finder. With Logic open press F and this will open the Browser tab (or you can press the Media button at the top right of the Logic window and then click on the browser tab, but I like the key command, much quicker!!). The file browser allows you to search your hard disk for any kind of media files supported by Logic. In logic for previewing your audio files you can use the browser tab in the Media area. ![]()
